IS this a group program? .
Yes, I call it a hybrid program meaning that the 6 weeks are in a small 8-10 group setting. I intentionally keep this program small to be sure to deliver content, offer to coach, and answer questions. You also get a 1:1 session with me to support your plan and implement your plan.
What if I can make all 6 sessions
Yes, that can be a challenge sometimes, and easy to overcome. You will be in a private group and the recorded sessions and any worksheets will be in the private group the next day so you can stay on track.
Do you offer 1;1 coaching? .
Yes, this program is one of 3 types in my coaching offers. There are the DIY Programs, where you download the offer or watch or listen at your leisure.
